This course is suitable for students who have completed the beginner’s course recently either with us, or at another establishment and wish to further their skills in making and design. Suitable for students who are looking to make their own jewellery for pleasure and gifts. Or to set up their own businesses in jewellery making, as many students over the years have done so.
We do set projects, but we also encourage students to bring their own designs which are discussed, analysed and a programme tailored to fit the needs of each student on the course.
PLEASE NOTE that to embark on this course you must come with a good set of skills from soldering, saw piercing to basic stone setting. If you have done a taster day only, or a beginner’s course over 5yrs ago, then this course will not be suitable for you, and we would recommend the beginners course.
Each course includes a break for half term.
