Grace Girvan

Grace Girvan established her workshop in 2003 following her graduation from Edinburgh College of Art with a BA (Hons) in silversmithing and jewellery. Working from her studio in Fife, Grace creates work for exhibitions in the UK and Internationally.

Collecting and studying found objects from Scotland's shorelines is the starting point in Grace's creative process. The collected objects inform the colour, texture and compositions found in Grace's jewellery. The found objects are often incorporated into her pieces. Pebbles are combined with silver and enamel to create beautiful, distinctive jewellery.

Grace was born and raised on the Orkney Islands and now lives and works on the coast in Fife.
