Lauren Bell-Brown
Lauren Bell- Brown is a Nottingham based jewellery designer and maker. Lauren graduated with a first-class honor’s degree in jewellery design and related products from the Internationally renowned School of Jewelllery, Birmingham City University.
Predominantly using lost wax techniques, Lauren creates unique jewellery. Each piece is embellished with ethically sourced gemstones, in a plethora of colours. Her original inspiration comes from the delicate florals and gilded covers of her treasured collection of Victorian books and their timeworn faded covers. Many of the books in her collection are 19th century original Grimm Brothers and Hans Christian Anderson fairytales. Lauren also draws inspiration from 1920’s illustrations of Flower Fairies, which hung in her bedroom as a young girl.
